Scope: As Nicsa prepared for its next phase of organizational growth, Ampersand was engaged to modernize the brand and build an integrated marketing infrastructure. Work included development of an integrated marketing technology stack — spanning CRM, association management software, email platform, and a digital member community — alongside creation of a new logo, brand architecture, visual identity, and scalable content framework for nicsa.org.
