Sarah Chodera | Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

Sarah Chodera is the founder of Ampersand Asset Consulting and a senior marketing and brand executive with more than 25 years of leadership across global financial institutions. She is known for her ability to listen and collaborate in aligning brand, distribution strategy, and marketing technology, enabling organizations to navigate growth and competitive change.

Prior to founding Ampersand in 2018, Sarah held executive roles at Mesirow, Nuveen, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she led integrated, award-winning marketing initiatives serving institutional, intermediary, and retail audiences.

Sarah has been recognized in Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Woman Executives, and her work has received industry recognition from the Financial Communications Society and Mutual Fund Educational Alliance.

Faith Deutsch is a senior brand and creative leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding strategic design for leading financial services organizations. Past roles include Head of Brand at Allianz Global Investors and Creative Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Known for translating complex business objectives into compelling brand systems, she brings a nuanced understanding of distribution dynamics and the evolving needs of institutional, retail, and alternatives clients.

At Ampersand, Faith leads a highly tenured team of designers—many of whom have collaborated with her for over a decade—delivering thoughtful creative that helps organizations expand influence, strengthen engagement, and position for growth.
